Meet Joe Brand

Joe comes to the Generis team with over 25 years of ministry experience. Joe’s call to the ministry began with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC). He served in Southern California and throughout Asia with CCC, sharing the gospel through personal evangelism and the Jesus film. After completing a M.A. in Student Development at Azusa Pacific University, he held staff and faculty positions at Biola University and Huntington College.

Joe moved to Atlanta to join Mission to the World, the mission agency of the Presbyterian Church in America. As Training Director, Joe was able to train over 600 missionaries in his tenure at MTW. After 11 years, he joined the staff at Perimeter Church as the Pastor to Mid-Adults. He provided pastoral care to the largest demographic of the church and assisted in organizing small group programs.

Joe, his wife and four children live in the Atlanta area. In his spare time, Joe enjoys reading and gardening.
