Rob is a Senior Generosity Strategist with extensive global experience, having consulted churches in all 50 U.S. states and 10 countries. His work spans churches of every size, style, and setting, including multicultural congregations and those serving Spanish-, Korean-, Chinese-, Japanese-, and Portuguese-speaking communities.

Rob brings together timeless biblical principles, proven best practices, and each church’s unique ministry DNA to create customized generosity strategies that unify and inspire around a God-sized vision. His consulting has helped release nearly $1 billion toward advancing the Good News of Christ.

A certified strategic planner with multiple degrees, Rob is passionate about empowering churches to maximize their Kingdom impact. When not consulting or speaking, he enjoys the beach, snowboarding, motorcycles, mixed martial arts, and anything that goes fast.
