"Working with Generis has been so good. The strategies they helped our church employ have not just increased our giving substantially, but more importantly, people’s hearts are more in tune with Jesus and the radical transformation that He calls all of us to."
Michael Koehn, CFO

"We have seen tremendous results working with Generis. They have challenged our presumptions, helped us to think differently and maximized our efforts. We will continue to partner with them for all of our future generosity initiatives!”

What the Journey Looks Like
Year One focuses on helping you understand your current culture, clarify your generosity strategy, and begin implementing a practical plan that fits your church.
You will work with a coach and a small cohort of pastors to identify key opportunities, align leadership, strengthen communication, and begin building momentum through tested practices that support both discipleship and giving growth.
Year Two helps you build on that early momentum so growth does not stall after the first wave of changes.
You will continue refining your strategy, strengthening key systems, improving follow-up, and learning how to lead more confidently through important moments like year-end giving, staffing needs, ministry expansion, or special initiatives.
Year Three is about helping generosity feel more natural and embedded across the life of your church.
As the culture matures, you will continue strengthening what is working, expanding generosity into more ministry environments, and building a plan that can sustain long-term health beyond the formal cohort experience.

The Investment
We use a clear, transparent pricing model based on the level of support your church receives.
Year One: Intensive, Guided Change
Investment is calculated at 2% of your church’s annual budget billed monthly. This includes Includes coaching, cohort sessions, one-on-one support, practical tools, and a customized generosity plan
Year Two: Sustained Momentum
Investment is 1% of your church’s annual budget. Focuses on strengthening what has begun, deepening progress, and building lasting momentum.
The Potential Return
Across current Generosity360® churches, the results have shown measurable growth through intentional discipleship and practical strategy.:
10%–40%+ overall giving growth
54%–58% of givers taking a clear step forward
100%+ growth in first-time giving, with financial growth as high as 143.6%.
35%–48% growth in second- and third-gift retention
Behind these increases are people taking meaningful steps in stewardship.
That is the deeper return.
Waiting Has a Cost!
The gap between your church’s vision and budget rarely closes on its own.
Across thousands of engagements and more than three decades of work, Generis has helped churches strengthen generosity while deepening discipleship, raising over $7 billion and serving more than 3,400 organizations.
But the real story is bigger than the dollars.
When churches invest in engagement and discipleship, generosity does not grow in isolation. Participation deepens. Volunteering increases. People begin taking meaningful steps in stewardship. And over time, the financial margin needed to support ministry begins to grow.
This is why timing matters.
The earlier you begin building a healthier culture of generosity, the sooner your church can create more room for outreach, care, staffing health, and mission.
If you sense God inviting your church into a new season of vision, impact, and generosity, this may be the moment to begin.
