Miriam Dicks has spent the past 15 years working with non-profit organizations and churches to facilitate growth and expand reach. She firmly believes that sound operations are instrumental in generating revenue and maintaining long-term financial stability in seasons of growth and change. She has led diverse teams on multi-million dollar expansion projects that created additional income streams and value for national organizations such as Tenet Healthcare and McKesson.
Miriam holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Policy, and a graduate degree from the University of South Carolina in Healthcare Administration. She often quips that working in a system as complex as healthcare has prepared her for working through the complexities of the church.
Miriam Dicks has served as a ministry leader over the past 18 years. She's led faith and finance, leadership development and women's ministry small groups. She currently works alongside her husband as Co-Founder and Executive Pastor of Mount Zion Church in the Upstate of South Carolina where they are also raising three teenagers. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, watching action movies and living the Word of Jesus Christ.
As a senior pastor's spouse, an executive, and an active teaching elder in the church, she understands the dynamics of pastoral leadership and the need for a culture of generosity for churches whose visions are bigger than their budgets. Her passion is serving the church and assisting leaders in bringing vision into reality.
