Brandon is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and church leadership. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, he served for 15 years as a pastor in both small and large church settings across Alabama and Georgia, guiding congregations through significant renewal and revitalization. His leadership extended beyond the local church, as he chaired and served on boards of directors for several regional and denominational ministries, including the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry for the North Alabama Conference, the Jacksonville State University Wesley Foundation, and Interfaith Ministries of Calhoun County.
In 2019, Brandon joined Generis, inspired by the opportunity to apply his expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, business process improvement, and customer experience management to serve the broader church. As Chief Operating Officer, Brandon ensures that Generis consultants deliver exceptional value to clients through a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary.
Brandon, his wife Jennifer, and their children, Parks (18) and Ava (15), are active members of their south Forsyth County community in Georgia. He mentors his daughter’s high school FIRST Robotics team and serves as an assistant scoutmaster and camping coordinator for his son’s Boy Scout troop. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling with his family. They worship together at Cumming First United Methodist Church.
