As Chief Executive Officer of Generis, Frank leads a national team of consultants serving churches, Christian schools, and ministry nonprofits. His conviction is simple: generosity is a discipleship issue before it is a funding issue. When leaders build a culture where giving forms people spiritually, campaigns get funded, budgets stabilize, and vision moves off the whiteboard and into the community.
That work is grounded in 25 years of leading at scale, in ministry and in business. As Family Pastor at Elevation Church, Frank helped build the systems that served families and children through one of the fastest seasons of growth of any church in America church history.
Frank has also sat in the operator’s chair outside the church. As President of a nationwide retail insurance firm operating in 47 states, he carried full responsibility for organizational health, operational efficiency, and business strategy. His unique background is why he can sit across from a lead pastor and a business owner in the same room and speak fluently to both.
