With over 25 years of pastoral and leadership experience, Joelle brings both passion and perspective to helping churches and Christian nonprofits cultivate thriving cultures of generosity. Having served on both sides of generosity initiatives -casting vision for life-changing projects and experiencing the impact of those gifts firsthand -she understands how transformational stewardship can be for both givers and ministries.

Throughout her ministry career, Joelle has led teams and congregations through seasons of growth, change, and generosity. She’s seen God use strategic generosity to launch new campuses, feed the hungry, house the unhoused, and fund mission-critical ministry roles. Her heart is to help every church discover what’s possible when generosity becomes part of its discipleship DNA.

Joelle combines a pastor’s heart with a strategist’s mind. Known for her authenticity, collaboration, and contagious joy, she loves guiding leaders through courageous conversations that lead to lasting impact. Whether coaching a team toward a capital campaign, creating a year-round generosity strategy, or helping a congregation dream again, Joelle brings clarity, hope, and practical tools to every partnership.

Joelle and her husband, Adam have two teenage children, Ryan and Hannah, and an unruly goldendoodle named Rocky. In their free time, the Hassler family loves to hike, ski and try new restaurants.
