Kevin brings more than 36 years of leadership experience spanning both the business and faith-based sectors. With a career that includes serving as President and CEO of a nationally recognized faith-based foster care organization and leading teams across retail, wholesale, and technology industries, Kevin’s unique combination of marketplace insight and ministry passion has fueled transformational growth everywhere he’s worked and served.

As a Strategist for Advancement & Church with Generis, Kevin leverages his deep experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and cultural development to help ministries maximize their impact and fulfill their God-given vision. His ability to blend business acumen with a heart for Kingdom advancement has made him a trusted partner to churches and nonprofit leaders nationwide. His belief in Ephesians 3:20 is infectious, that “ God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or imagine, according to the power that works in us”.

Kevin and his wife Michelle have been married for over 33 years and live in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. They are the proud parents of five amazing children. In his free time, Kevin enjoys being outdoors—finding peace and joy in God’s creation while hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, walking on the beach, and living life to the fullest with his family.
