Brandon Harris

PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Brandon has extensive experience in nonprofit management and church leadership. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, he served as a pastor in the North Alabama Conference at Anniston First, Avondale, and Rainbow City First, and as Executive Pastor in the North Georgia Conference at Johns Creek UMC. Throughout his pastoral ministry, he guided congregations through significant renewal and revitalization. He has also served beyond the local church, chairing and serving on the board for several regional and denominational ministries, including the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry for the North Alabama Conference, the Jacksonville State University Wesley Foundation, and Interfaith Ministries of Calhoun County.

In 2019 Brandon joined Generis, inspired by the opportunity to apply his expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, business process improvement, and customer experience management to serve the broader church. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Brandon ensures that Generis consultants deliver exceptional value to clients through a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Brandon is a clergy member of the North Alabama Annual Conference and is appointed to Generis in an ATEM capacity. He and his family worship and serve at Cumming First UMC in Cumming, Georgia.

Alan Wildes

VICE PRESIDENT, CHURCH & ADVANCEMENT

Alan views his role as a generosity coach to be one that empowers. He brings the knowledge, experience, listening and motivational skills needed to help others realize their goals. In the last fifteen years alone, he has led over 125 successful church generosity initiatives, applying his unique skills and insights as a layperson and coach to the training of God’s real life stewards.

Excited by his work in growing churches, Alan’s own faith and commitment is bolstered by the Generis approach to fundraising as a spiritual quest. Personal relationships are forged quickly, he says, due to the amount of time and energy he spends with each congregation he serves. In fact, Alan’s success and devotion have been heartily reciprocated by his clients, who have engaged him to lead subsequent fundraising campaigns. His clients praise his methods of motivating others to see stewardship as an inspiring ‘whole life’ challenge and not a short-term monetary obligation.
