A multi-campus congregation was rapidly growing and expanding its footprint, which increased their expenses. However, their giving levels were not keeping up with this growth. The leadership recognized that they were particularly struggling to engage their non-givers and encourage broader participation in generosity.

The turning point for the Church came when they partnered with Generis. Through personalized coaching and a comprehensive Generosity Culture & Capacity Initiative, the church developed a Theology of Stewardship, created a targeted giving page for non-givers, and launched a teaching series with specific calls to action for different types of givers.
