How Strategic Coaching Transformed Generosity and Engagement

A multi-campus congregation was rapidly growing and expanding its footprint, which increased their expenses. However, their giving levels were not keeping up with this growth. The leadership recognized that they were particularly struggling to engage their non-givers and encourage broader participation in generosity.

The turning point for the Church came when they partnered with Generis. Through personalized coaching and a comprehensive Generosity Culture & Capacity Initiative, the church developed a Theology of Stewardship, created a targeted giving page for non-givers, and launched a teaching series with specific calls to action for different types of givers. The church leadership fully embraced this untested process, trusting in the Generis team to guide them toward greater engagement.

About The Church

The Church began as a small group of 32 individuals coming together for a worship service once a month.  That small group of people sensed God calling them to move and would end up becoming what is now a Church that is rapidly growing and a important fixture in their community.

Their vision from the very beginning has been, "To relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus."
