Jennifer Perrow, MEd, CFRE

Senior Generosity Strategist

Jennifer came to Generis after spending over 20 years as a leader in Christian higher education (admissions, communications, development) in the Pacific Northwest. She directed stewardship ministries at a large Puget-Sound-area church and is on the board at Street Youth Ministries in Seattle. Jennifer holds a master's degree in education, has earned her CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) credential, and is excited about bringing her skills, energy, and experience to your organization. A skilled fundraising and communications professional, Jennifer loves helping organizations articulate their vision, communicate their mission, and raise abundant resources to fund their work. She is a published writer, an engaging speaker, a team player, and a can-do leader. Her vision is a world where schools, non-profits, and churches are able to focus their energies on education, service, and ministry without concern for resources. She believes that the good news of Jesus Christ can change the world, and she's passionate about raising resources for Kingdom work. She and her husband, Dan, have been married for over 25 years; they have a son and a daughter in college, and a dog who dropped out of obedience school.

What people say

Jennifer Perrow is not just a highly effective leader and consultant; she’s a delightful ministry partner. Jennifer moved the needle for us at UPC and reset our giving on a positive trajectory. But it’s not just that more people are giving more money. It’s that our church family is growing in generosity. Stewardship is becoming a joyful response to Jesus. As a result, people are investing more of themselves and their resources in the mission and ministry of the church.

What people say

Jennifer is not only knowledgeable on the subject of fundraising, she is a great listener. She spent time listening carefully to our team and then provided us with action steps and principles that were tailored to exactly where we are in our fundraising journey. Jennifer's counsel helped us to be more strategic in our annual funding requests - and bolder as well. If you are looking for concrete action steps, rather than general theories, you've found the right source in Jennifer!

What people say

Mark Dillon and Jennifer Perrow came alongside us at a critical time in our fundraising program. They completed a Feasibility Study for us which included assistance writing our Case for Support, thoughtful engagement with our most capable and faithful donors, honest feedback about our campaign readiness, and wise and patient counsel throughout the process. They are passionate about raising resources for Christian organizations, and their faith was evident in the way they engaged with us and our givers. I highly recommend them.
