Meet Brent Halvorsen
Brent Halvorsen is passionate about partnering with senior church leaders and growing ministries to turn vision into reality. He has a unique ability to successfully guide local churches through a clear and compelling generosity process to achieve powerful results. He draws from over 18 years of experience in churches of various sizes, as well as nationally-known movements.
Brent is a top-line communicator and his Sunday sermons have been featured on Christian radio in Minneapolis alongside world-class communicators such as John MacArthur, David Jeremiah, John Piper, Chuck Swindoll, and more. As a lead pastor, church planter, visionary, and innovative strategist, Brent understands the crucial steps needed to take churches from conceptual thinking to breakthrough outcomes. Brent’s main objective with churches is to help create an encounter with the Lord where unusual generosity is released in the hearts of people.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and has recently been accepted into Liberty University to pursue a Master’s in Executive Leadership.
Brent is married to Lisa and has four amazing children who love Jesus. He enjoys playing golf and fishing. You can find him rooting for Chicago sports teams, even though he lives in beautiful North Carolina.

BUILDING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN COULD BE THE ANSWER
From time to time, it can be extremely helpful to analyze the habits of your overall giving climate to see what is currently working as well as where opportunities for a culture of generosity to increase might exist.
The Generosity Assessment is a one-day experience that provides a thorough assessment of your church’s effectiveness and reveals new opportunities for creating a culture of generosity. Think of it like an x-ray into the giving perspective of the church.
